The system automatically follows up at set intervals and if the violation has not been resolved, the system automatically advances the violation according to HOA-specific escalation policies including assessing fines and follow up letters/notifications. Homeowner disputes of violations are also streamlined through the system and automatically submitted to the board or subcommittee as appropriate where they can collaborate on the issue right in the webapp and return a verdict directly.

Easy Architectural Reviews

Streamline your review process with our easy-to-use system. Homeowners can easily submit new applications and manage their pending and past applications through the online portal. ARC (Architectural Review Committee) members can easily log in to the portal and review pending applications, request follow up information, chat with other committee members about the application (comments can be selectively hidden from the homeowner), or vote to approve or reject the application.

Stay on Top of Finances

With our easy entry of expenses and automatic bank account reconciliation, we make monitoring your Association's financial health easy. Expenses and income can easily be entered through the webapp along with supporting documentation; such as receipts. Additionally, homeowners can easily view and pay their account online through a branded web portal. Monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, including comparisons of budgeted amounts to actual amounts are automatically generated and are viewable online and sent via email to a customizable list of interested parties including homeowners, committee members, and board members.
